The carving work is spectacular; we ask you to carefully observe each image in detail to fully appreciate the importance of this sideboard. The handles are in finely chiseled gilded bronze. The sideboard features carved panels with grotesque figures sculpted in wood in a typical Renaissance and Gothic style. Large carved caryatids support the upper part of the sideboard. The large carved feet are shaped like lion paws. In the upper section there is a large central mirror. The sideboard also has a large internal storage space and is divided into two parts for easier transport.
