We consider packaging and the transportation an a stage extremely important of the process of online sales. Each of our shipments is covered by insurance.

Professional packaging

Each piece is prepared for shipping with the utmost care, using specific packaging materials and techniques depending on the destination country to ensure that it arrives at your home in perfect condition. Particularly delicate items will be packaged using custom-made wooden crates.
Particularly bulky items will be disassembled (where possible) and packed using custom-made wooden crates secured to pallets. For items shipped disassembled, we provide remote assistance for assembly upon request, with video instructions.

Shipping to Italy

Each order is processed and entrusted to the courier within a maximum of 3 working days from receipt of payment (or from order confirmation in the case of cash on delivery).

We rely on BRT (Bartolini)/DHL/Fedex. The estimated delivery times are 24/48 business hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) depending on the destination.

Standard delivery is to the street level (ground floor); delivery to upper floors is not possible.

Important: all our shipments are tracked. It is essential to provide a telephone number and/or email address to activate the notification or delivery by appointment service, which will allow you to coordinate directly with the courier.

For deliveries within a radius of 100/150 km from our headquarters, we can arrange for delivery and assembly services to be carried out directly by us.

International Shipping

We work with the best global logistics companies to ensure standards of excellence even beyond national borders. Preparation times may vary depending on the item purchased and the country of destination. In some cases, waiting times can be up to 4/5 weeks.

We personally handle all the necessary paperwork: authorizations issued by the Superintendency of Fine Arts for the export of goods from Italy; specific customs documentation depending on the country of destination.

Shipping Costs

Any customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country are payable by the buyer and are never included in the shipping cost. If the price for a destination is not indicated in the advertisement, the costs must be agreed in advance. Send us a written request indicating the destination location and postal code. We will immediately send you a quote, with no obligation on your part.

Pickup at Headquarters

You can always pick up your purchases in person or send a carrier of your choice at no additional cost.

  • Note: In the event of collection at the premises, the item is intended without packaging.

Information Damage and Complaints

Invitiamo i gentili clienti a prestare la massima attenzione al momento della ricezione. In caso di evidente danneggiamento dell’imballo, il destinatario può:

  1. Refuse the shipment.

  2. Accept with reservation: write “Accepted subject to inspection” on the delivery note, followed by a description of the visible damage, before signing.

Legal Terms: Should any damage not visible externally be found, the recipient has the option to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. the recipient has available 8 days of time to file written complaint to the branch of the area of the courier. We invite you to contact us promptly to receive assistance in managing the case.
